1. 24 Hours Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers Only)
We offer a 24-hours money-back guarantee for first-time customers on eligible VPS hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with your service within the first 2 days of activation, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.
Exceptions:

Refund requests made after 2 days will not be honored.

Domain name registrations, software licenses, and add-ons are non-refundable.
2. No Refunds on Renewals or Upgrades
Once your service is renewed or upgraded, it is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage you to contact our support team if you have any concerns before upgrading or renewing.
3. Ineligible Situations for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued if:

Your account is suspended or terminated due to abuse, fraud, or chargebacks

You request a refund after utilizing a significant portion of system resources
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please open a support ticket via your VPSBIO client dashboard or email us at info@vpsbio.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution will result in immediate account suspension. We urge you to reach out to our support team before taking such action—we’re here to help!
6. Changes to This Policy
VPSBIO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
